Trish Deseine will be doing a talk in Ard Bia The House on Sunday April 10th at 4pm.

She will be in conversation with Aoife Mc Elwain from The Irish Times about her approach to food writing, her life and love of food.

It will be followed by high tea in The House from 6pm. 
Price is €65 a head and places are limited.

There will be a rare roast beef, cooked ham, poached salmon, good mayo, plain & funky salads and it will be all spiced up with pickles. Then finished with Mandarin cream flan & rhubarb/apple tart.

This is going to be a very special evening indeed x


Trish Deseine is a cookbook author.

Originally hailing from Ireland but has lived in Paris for over 25 years.

She has penned many cookbooks which have been translated into several languages and won multiple awards.

Her cooking programmes were broadcast by RTE, Good Food Channel & throughout the BBC Lifestyle network.

In 2010 she was named one of French Vogue’s ‘Top 40 women if the decade’.

Trish writes sweet recipes for French Elle and contributes to The Irish Times Magazine food pages.
