Ard Bia will launch the Spring Awakening Season with Gaby Wieland, a Naturopath, Herbalist and cooking instructor has been baking breads and making cheeses and growing herbs for over 20 years. She works as a Naturopath, Herbalist and cooking instructor. She also delivers courses at the award winning Organic Centre, Leitrim

26th April - Raw Food Cooking

In this life enhancing course Gaby demonstrates how to make easy, mouth watering raw food recipes. From Breakfast options like 'Green Smoothie' and Raw Granola with nut milk, to lunch and dinner options, you will learn how to make your own raw soup, vegetable spaghettis with a range of different sauces and nut cheese, dehydrated burgers and crackers, wraps, pestos, salads and delicious desert options.

We will prepare our own raw living lunch. Recipes will be provided and information on tools for the raw food kitchen will be given.

27/28 June - Vegetarian Cooking and Baking with fresh local and organic ingredients.

Plan, shop and cook a delicious 5 course vegetarian menu.
Saturday morning will be spend at Galway Market and includes a visit in a health food store to source the best ingredients.
In the afternoon we will discuss menu planning – info on ingredients, tips and demos.
Sunday cook and enjoy a 5 course vegetarian lunch. Afternoon talks about cakes (including raw food options), snacks and much more.
